CoirMedia has introduced its Price Lock Guarantee, a program allowing growers to secure their Growbags and Open Tops for the next growing season at an agreed price. The initiative is designed to help professional growers gain greater certainty over substrate costs and secure their supply well in advance of the upcoming production season. Through the CoirMedia Price Lock Guarantee, growers can reserve their anticipated requirements for Growbags and Open Tops at today’s agreed price, helping protect their business against future market price increases. Once an order is confirmed, the agreed pricing will be honored in accordance with the agreed commercial terms, providing growers with greater confidence in budgeting, production planning, and seasonal supply.
Abhishek Pravin of CoirMedia says the program responds to continued fluctuations in the global coconut substrate market. Availability of raw materials, climatic conditions, labor, production costs and logistics can all influence the cost and availability of coir substrates. “The Price Lock Guarantee is intended to combine price certainty with advance supply planning and scheduled delivery. Growers can agree their requirements ahead of the season rather than purchasing substrates at prevailing market prices closer to planting.”
The program builds on CoirMedia’s commitment to supplying premium coir substrates to commercial greenhouse, berry, and specialty crop growers worldwide. With its own manufacturing facilities in India and Sri Lanka, CoirMedia produces high-quality coco substrates under strict quality standards and delivers reliable, on-time supply to professional growers. Today, CoirMedia serves customers across the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, North America, Latin America, Turkey, and New Zealand, providing premium Growbags, Open Tops, Coco Blocks, and customized substrate solutions engineered to support stronger root development, healthier crops, and extended yields.
CoirMedia says growers are increasingly looking for consistent substrate quality and reliable delivery alongside competitive pricing. Its production process includes controlled raw material selection, triple washing and buffering, crop-specific substrate blending and batch controls. “Modern growers cannot afford inconsistency anymore. One delayed shipment or one unstable substrate batch can affect an entire crop program,” says Abhishek.
The Price Lock Guarantee is designed to give growers greater confidence when planning their substrate purchases and production budgets for the upcoming growing season, helping them reduce uncertainty and focus on crop performance rather than future price fluctuations.
